Welcome to Kava Soap, where every bar we create is more than soap⎯it's a story of tradition, artistry, and resilience. We're a Polynesian-owned brand dedicated to handcrafting small-batch artisan soaps that celebrate our culture and honor the land and community around us.
Kava Soap was born from the shared vision of our family, and especially inspired by Kingston⎯a young entrepreneur with a passion for both business and artistry. Kingston lives with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive neuromuscular condition, but it's never stopped him from dreaming big. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to appear on Season 10 of TheBlox, where he shared his story, his creativity, and his determination to build something meaningful.
Together, we create soaps that are deeply rooted in our Polynesian heritage. We blend natural botanicals, pure essential oils, and the unique benefits of sustainably sourced kava root, which lends a subtle earthy quality and gentle exfoliation to our bars. Our soaps are adorned with tatau-inspired imprint designs, honoring the sacred art of Polynesian tattooing and sharing our cultural narratives through every swirl and pattern.
We believe in sustainability from start to finish. Many of our herbs and botanicals are grown or foraged by us. We render and filter our own tallow from local sources, use biodegradable packaging, and ensure that every bar reflects our commitment to ethical and responsible craftsmanship.
